Refund Policy
We stand behind CanopyStride AI. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction.
1.30 day money back guarantee
You may request a full refund on any credit pack purchase within 30 days of the payment date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for all CanopyStride AI transactions.
2.How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or contact us at supprttmrnhinitiative@gmail.com with your order reference.
3.Donations
Donations made through the Vult wallet to the Tamaraneh Initiative fund restoration work in the field and are non-refundable once received. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it.
4.Consumed credits
Credits already spent on completed analyses cannot be refunded, since the underlying AI compute has been consumed. Unused credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance at the time of refund.
